Biography
I am a qualified musician with 15 years of unique musical experience. I have performed not only in a wide range of venues and countries, but also in a wide range of music styles, and studied them along the way. Having a creative ear enables me to analyse music whilst listening to it, giving me ideas for my own future compositions.
Studying different genres at university gives me a great foundation to produce many types of music, such as pop, classical, instrumental, jazz, rock, electronic genres, and a mix of many genres at once.
Music has always been one of my main passions… having started composing at school-aged 13. Since then I have written many pieces, including commissioned music for individual use; for a local agency project; songs sung live by singers; and also a grade 8-equivalent piece of piano music for my own diploma.
However, music has never been my only passion. I began taking horse-riding lessons aged 5 and completely fell in love with horses. I have spent my childhood studying breeds, behaviours, and disciplines. This obsession with horses then led me to complete a level 3 qualification in Equine Psychology.
These unique set of skills enables me to look at horses from a very different perspective and helps me further my understanding of how the music will affect them too.
